Rachel Development transformed the approximately 9.5-acre property into a 43-home neighborhood designed to provide an attractive alternative to traditional single-family housing. The development primarily features architecturally designed attached twin homes with an emphasis on main-level living and association-maintained exteriors.
The site’s unique configuration and access presented planning challenges that required a carefully considered development approach. Rachel Development worked through the Planned Unit Development and platting process with the City of Plymouth to establish a neighborhood that efficiently uses the property while complementing surrounding residential uses.
The resulting community provides a low-maintenance residential option in a highly desirable area of Plymouth with convenient access to the western Twin Cities.
