Paul Robinson

Paul has over 19 years of experience developing residential neighborhoods ranging in size from 20 to over 1,000 units.  Prior to developing neighborhoods, Paul worked for two cities and brings a balance and understanding of both the public and private sector to his work.  Paul has experience in all aspects of land development including:  land acquisition, entitlement, construction management, managing homeowner's associations and selling finished homesites to builders and end customers.  In his free time, he likes spending time with his wife Sarah and four children Gerhardt, Keegan, Oskar and Kaisja, whether at home, the cabin or traveling.  Paul likes many outdoor activities including sailing, skiing, biking, hiking and more.
