John Kapphahn

John brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience to Rachel Development. His thoughtful and creative approach adds extensive value to the overall financial leadership and strategic planning of the development team. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and furthered his education by obtaining his Masters in Business Administration from the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University. He also is a member of the Twin Cities Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, where he recently served on the board. In his free time, John enjoys spending time on the lake, travelling and checking out new places.
