Andrea Smith

Andrea's career in construction and real estate began right out of college and has progressed ever since.  Gaining knowledge and understanding of the business at a young age provided her a foundation to grow upon.  Andrea's attention to detail and organizational skills are an asset to the team's development process and she is a true fit for the team.  Her favorite aspect to the development sector is the multiple processes going on at once and the fast-paced environment.  Andrea continues to gain additional experience every day and has great mentors teaching her the ways.  In her spare time, she enjoys life at their family farm, cooking, playing and coaching volleyball and reading.  Her true passion is spending time with family and friends, especially her Husband Brady and four children, Nora, Betsy, Jack and Cole.
